The usefulness of biomaterial depends to a large extent on the associated data. Therefore the UMG (Universitätsmedizin Göttingen) Biobank recommends to collect a minimum data set for each biomaterial. It should be noted that the available data set contains only minimal information. In addition, the collection of further data may be necessary, depending on the research purpose. The UMG Biobank is not responsible for the collection of a patient's clinical information. Advice on the collection of data is expressly recommended. This document contains the minimum data set for the use of biomaterial. Note: The is not an official translation. The original form language is German.
