Answer refers to the total time spent in occupational therapy on average per day, calculated over five of the seven days of the week during the part of the treatment time that the patient is considered having had a need for occupational therapy. For treatment periods of less than five days, the answer always refers to the time on average per day calculated over the actual treatment time. Definition of occupational therapy: occupational therapeutic evaluation/treatment that is carried out by an occupational therapy assistant following transfer of tasks.
