Principal Investigator: Sandeep Dave, MD, Duke University, Durham, NC, USA MeSH: Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs000573 We sequenced exomes of 94 DLBCL tumors and cell lines. 34 of the tumors had paired normal tissue. Our work elucidates commonly occurring gene-coding mutations in DLBCL.
