A critical challenge in extending these studies involves the identification and validation of new therapeutic targets for future cancer therapies. In this study, we performed whole exome and RNA-Seq analysis metastases to determine the nature and frequency of somatic mutations.

dbGaP phs001003 Prospective Procurement of Solid Tumor Tissue to Identify Novel Therapeutic Targets
The subject consent file includes subject IDs and consent information.
- StudyEvent: SEV1
- Eligibility Criteria
- The subject consent file includes subject IDs and consent information.
- This data table contains a mapping of study subject IDs to sample IDs. Samples are the final preps submitted for genotyping, sequencing, and/or expression data. For example, if one patient (subject ID) gave one sample, and that sample was processed differently to generate 2 sequencing runs, there would be two rows, both using the same subject ID, but having 2 unique sample IDs.
- This subject phenotype table contains subject IDs, cancer histology, age, and gender.
- This data table contains a mapping of samples IDs and SRA accession IDs.
- This sample attributes table contains sample IDs, histological type, analyte type, body site where sample was collected, and tumor status.
