Principal Investigator: Levi A. Garraway, Department of Medical Oncology, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA MeSH: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs001018 We performed comprehensive molecular profiling of renal tumors, including whole exome sequencing and transcriptome sequencing, derived from patient samples. This project additionally explores mechanisms of response and resistance to existing and emerging therapies in this disease, as well as mechanisms of tumor evolution in the context of treatment.
