Subject ID, consent group, affection status, subject source, and source subject ID of participants with or without T2D and involved in the "Type 2 Diabetes Starr County GWAS and Exome Sequencing" project.

  1. StudyEvent: SEV1
    1. Subject ID, case or control, age, gender, country of birth, BMI, waist of hip ratio, plasma cholesterol, plasma triglycerides, total plasma high density lipoprotein cholesterol, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, smoking, fasting glucose, 120 minute post-load glucose, age at diabetes diagnosis, presence of diabetic retinopathy, glycosylated hemoglobin, serum creatinine, albumin, impaired fasting glucose, Impaired glucose tolerance, and fasting insulin of participants with or without T2D and involved in the "Type 2 Diabetes Starr County GWAS and Exome Sequencing" project.
    2. Subject ID, consent group, affection status, subject source, and source subject ID of participants with or without T2D and involved in the "Type 2 Diabetes Starr County GWAS and Exome Sequencing" project.
    3. Subject ID, sample ID, sample source, source sample ID, study ID, and sample use variable obtained from participants with or without T2D and involved in the "Type 2 Diabetes Starr County GWAS and Exome Sequencing" project.
    4. Subject ID, gender, age, T2D status, age at diagnosis of diabetes, fasting glucose and insulin, glucose, HbA1C, creatinine, total cholesterol, HDL, triglycerides, height, weight, BMI, hip circumference, waist circumference, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, lipid medication, consortium name, and cohort name of participants with or without T2D and involved in the "Type 2 Diabetes Starr County GWAS and Exome Sequencing" project.
    5. Sample ID, body site where sample was obtained, analyte type, histological type of sample, sequencing center, and tumor status of sample obtained from participants with or without T2D and involved in the "Type 2 Diabetes Starr County GWAS and Exome Sequencing" project.
