- Subject ID and consent group of participants involved in the "Chromosome X Mosaicism Methylation Study" project.
- Subject ID, sample ID, and sample use of participants involved in the "Chromosome X Mosaicism Methylation Study" project.
- Subject ID, gender, phenotype of participants, and copy state (mosaic type) of participant [Gain, Loss, Neutral] and involved in the "Chromosome X Mosaicism Methylation Study" project.
- Sample ID, body site where sample was obtained, analyte type [DNA], histological type of sample, and tumor status of participants involved in the "Chromosome X Mosaicism Methylation Study" project.
