Principal Investigator: Kathleen Cooney, University of Michigan Ann Arbor, MI, USA MeSH: Prostatic Neoplasms https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs001185 This is a genome-wide association scan of 931 early-onset prostate cancer cases of European ancestry. The samples were selected from prostate cancer studies at the University of Michigan. Controls were previously genotyped individuals selected from the Cancer Genetics Markers of Susceptibility (CGEMS) and Illumina's iControlDB database.

- Subject ID, consent group, and affection status of participants with early-onset prostate cancer and involved in the "Genome-Wide Scan for Genetic Variants Associated with Early-Onset Prostate Cancer" project.
- Subject ID, sample ID, sample use variable, and file name associated with participants with early-onset prostate cancer and involved in the "Genome-Wide Scan for Genetic Variants Associated with Early-Onset Prostate Cancer" project.
- Subject ID, age, and race of participants with early-onset prostate cancer and involved in the "Genome-Wide Scan for Genetic Variants Associated with Early-Onset Prostate Cancer" project.
- Sample ID, analyte type, body site where sample was obtained, and tumor status of sample obtained from participants with early-onset prostate cancer and involved in the "Genome-Wide Scan for Genetic Variants Associated with Early-Onset Prostate Cancer" project.
