Principal Investigator: J. Raphael Gibbs, Laboratory of Neurogenetics, National Institute on Aging, National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD, USA and Department of Molecular Neuroscience and Reta Lila Weston Laboratories, Institute of Neurology, University College London, London, UK MeSH: Gene Expression Profiling https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs001300 This study utilized neurologically normal control samples deposited in North American Brain Expression Consortium (NABEC). This top-level study, phs001300, makes available all phenotype data of the NABEC study participants. brIn addition, molecular data of six sub-studies are available through dbGaP: - NABEC Genome-Wide Genotyping - phs000249 - NABEC Exome Sequencing - phs001301 - NABEC CAGE Sequencing of Human Cerebral Frontal Cortex - phs001302 - NABEC mRNA Sequencing of human Cerebral Frontal Cortex - phs001353 - NABEC Total RNA Sequencing of human Cerebral Frontal Cortex - phs001354 - NABEC Neurochip Genotyping - phs001462 - NABEC Whole-Genome Sequencing - phs002636

Eligibility Criteria

  1. StudyEvent: SEV1
    1. Eligibility Criteria
    2. The sample GEO mapping data table includes a mapping of sample IDs to NCBI GEO accession ID. It also contains sample title, platform assay type, GEO platform assay type accession, and sample tissue type.
    3. This sample attributes data table contains body site and analyte type.
    4. This subject consent data table contains subject IDs, consent group information, and biological sex.
    5. This subject sample mapping data table includes a mapping of study subject IDs to sample IDs. Samples are the final preps submitted for genotyping, sequencing, and/or expression data. For example, if one patient (subject ID) gave one sample, and that sample was processed differently to generate 2 sequencing runs, there would be two rows, both using the same subject ID, but having 2 unique sample IDs.
    6. This subject phenotypes data table contains case control status with respect to clinical diagnosis of a neurological disorder or disease at the time of death, self-reported race, and subject age at enrollment.
    7. This sample attributes data table contains body site, analyte type, and and tumor status.
    8. This sample attributes data table contains body site, analyte type, and and tumor status.
    9. This sample attributes data table contains body site, analyte type, and and tumor status.
    10. This sample attributes data table contains body site, analyte type, and and tumor status.
    11. This sample attributes data table contains body site, analyte type, and and tumor status.
    12. This sample attributes data table contains body site, analyte type, and and tumor status.
