Principal Investigator: Jeffrey S. Weber, MD, PhD, Donald A. Adam Comprehensive Melanoma Research Center, Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, Florida, USA MeSH: Melanoma https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs001241 This study contains sequence data from 15 patients with stage IV melanoma, including the whole genome sequence of 15 metastatic tumors and corresponding normal blood samples from 13 cases, and targeted capture sequence of four synchronous metastatic samples from two additional cases. These data provide a comprehensive survey of the clonal architecture and associated driver mutations in metastatic melanoma.
