Principal Investigator: James T. Elder, MD, PhD, Department of Dermatology, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, USA MeSH: Psoriasis https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs001306 The genotypes obtained from the Affymetrix Biobank Plus array constituted one of eight Caucasian datasets used in a large genome-wide meta-analysis of the association of psoriasis cases versus unaffected controls. With a combined effective sample size of 39,000 individuals, this study identified 16 new psoriasis loci achieving genome-wide significance, increasing the total number of identified psoriasis loci for European-ancestry populations to 63.

dbGaP phs001306 Large Scale Meta-analysis Characterizes Genetic Architecture for Common Psoriasis-associated Variants
This sample attributes table contains sample IDs, body site, analyte type, histological type, tumor status, DNA concentration, coefficient of variation between two pico readings, dish QC metric, cluster call rate, heterozygous SNP genotypes, sample status, and name of the center which conducted genotyping.
- StudyEvent: SEV1
- Eligibility Criteria
- The subject consent file includes subject IDs, consent information, and level of data sharing permitted for subject .
- This data table contains a mapping of study subject IDs to sample IDs. Samples are the final preps submitted for genotyping, sequencing, and/or expression data. For example, if one patient (subject ID) gave one sample, and that sample was processed differently to generate 2 sequencing runs, there would be two rows, both using the same subject ID, but having 2 unique sample IDs. The data table also includes sample use.
- This subject phenotype table contains subject IDs, cohort, sex, race, and case-control status for Psoriasis.
