Principal Investigator: Angela M. Christiano, PhD, Columbia University, NY, USA MeSH: Alopecia Areata https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs000586 1054 unrelated alopecia areata patients were genotyped with the Illumina HumanHap550v3.0 genotyping chip. Allele frequencies were compared to publically available data from three population cohorts of controls.
