Principal Investigator: Glen Weiss, MD, Translational Genomics Research Institute, Phoenix, AZ, USA MeSH: Carcinoma https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs000657 In this study, we used NGS to identify somatic events in advanced stage cancer patients to demonstrate the feasibility for using this approach to improve patient treatment.
