We describe whole-exome sequences from cervical adenocarcinomas and paired normal samples in Hong Kong Chinese women. These data uncover a heterogeneous genomic landscape but identify commonly aberrant loci including FAT1, ARID1A, ERBB2 and PIK3CA that may provide a focus for the development of individualized targeted therapies for Chinese women with cervical adenocarcinoma.

- Sample ID, body site, analyte type, tumor status of samples, histological type, primary metastatic tumor, primary tumor location, tumor stage, tumor grade, tumor treatment, genotyping center, and sequencing center of participants with or without cervical cancer and involved in the "Sequencing of Cervical Cancer" project.
