Description
Principal Investigator: Scott Boyd, MD, PhD, Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA, USA MeSH: Influenza Vaccines https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs000760 The data consist of the DNA sequences of antibody gene rearrangements from peripheral blood human B cells of subjects vaccinated with trivalent seasonal influenza or monovalent pandemic H1N1 vaccine. Multiple replicate libraries of immunoglobulin heavy chain gene rearrangements were prepared from each subject for each time point.

dbGaP phs000760 Human Responses to Influenza Vaccination
Eligibility Criteria
- StudyEvent: SEV1
- Eligibility Criteria
- The subject consent data table contains subject IDs and consent information.
- This data table contains mapping of study subject IDs to sample IDs. Samples are the final preps submitted for genotyping, sequencing, and/or expression data. For example, if one patient (subject ID) gave one sample, and that sample was processed differently to generate 2 sequencing runs, there would be two rows, both using the same subject ID, but having 2 unique sample IDs. The data table also includes sample use.
- This subject phenotype table includes subject's sex, age group, self-reported flu infection and vaccination, and influenza seroconversion status.
- This sample attributes table includes tissue type, analyte type, vaccination type, and days following vaccination when sample was taken.
