dbGaP phs000020 Major Depression: Stage 1 Genomewide Association in Population-Based Samples
Eligibility Criteria
- StudyEvent: 44968_dbGaP phs000020 Major Depression: Stage 1 Genomewide Association in Population-Based Samples
- Eligibility Criteria
- The data table contains diagnostic phenotype data which provide the basis for diagnosis of major depressive disorder according to the Composite Interview Diagnostic Interview (CIDI): Depressive Disorder section (n=3 variables). Data has been collected from the Amsterdam Biographic Survey (ABV) for neuroticism (n=31 variables) and somatic complaints (n=18 variables), Beck Depression Invetory (BDI) for depression symptoms (n=14 variables), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) for clinical anxiety (n=22 variables), Inventory of Depressive Symptoms (IDS) for psychometric properties (n=31 variables), NEO-FFI for neuroticism (n=13 variables), YASR Anxious Depression Survey from 1991, 1995, 1997, 2000, and 2002 (n=65 variables), and Spielberger Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI, n=21 variables). Basic sociodemographic variables (n=7 variables), and family history of major depression (n=1 variable), and environmental factors (n=2 variables) are included.
- The data table includes the variable for the number of major depressive disorder episodes according to the Composite Interview Diagnostic Interview (CIDI): Depressive Disorder section.
- The data table contains a complete listing of subjects and consent group.
