The CRB-65-Score is a clinical score to estimate the severity of a community acquired pneumonia. An outpatient therapy is likely to occur in patients with low risk (CRP-65/CURB = 0 Points). Der CRB-65-Score ist ein klinisches Instrument um die Schwere einer ambulant erworbenen Pneumonie einzuschätzen. Patienten mit niedrigem Risiko (CRB-65 / CURB = 0) können meistens ambulant behandelt werden. Ab CRB-65 / CURB = 1 sollte unter Einbeziehung anderer Risikofaktoren die stationäre Aufnahme erwogen werden.
