If the individual is currently living in a different place from usual, use the run-time name constraints on the 'Housing situation' data element to specify details about the Current living situation. To record details of the Usual living situation use an other instance of this archetype. Specifically designed to be used within the EVALUATION.social_summary archetype, but may be used within any clinically appropriate ENTRY or CLUSTER archetype related to recording social context.
