Description

Use to record cumulative or total amounts of fluid input and output, plus an estimation of the fluid balance status of a subject over specified periods of time. A fluid balance chart will typically require a combination of multiple instances of both the OBSERVATION.fluid_output archetype and the OBSERVATION.fluid_input archetype to capture all of the various inputs and outputs, plus a single instance of the OBSERVATION.fluid_balance to record the overall fluid status.
