    2. The data table contains the main diagnosis (DSM-IV), information on comorbidity, prorated hyperactivity scores (quantitative trait 1, 2, 3, 4), I.Q. score, medication status (n=10 variables) and sociodemographic information (n=12 variables).
    3. The data table contains information obtained through the Conners' behavioral rating scale (n=80 questions), describing the child's behavior as observed by the parent.
    4. The data table contains information obtained through the Conners' behavioral rating scale (n=59 questions), describing the child's behavior as observed by a teacher.
    5. The data table contains information obtained through the PACS (Parental Account of Childhood Symptoms) interview administered by a trained interviewer (n=200 questions). Questions represent four behavioral sub-categories: emotional pattern; activity level and inattentive behavior; disruptive behavior; comorbidity and other problems (including autism spectrum disorders).
    6. The data table contains information obtained through the SDQ (Strength and Difficulties, n=25 questions) questionnaire describing the child's behavior as observed by the parent. The questions address five subcategories: emotional symptoms scale; conduct problem scale; hyperactivity scale; peer problems scale; prosocial scale.
