Descrição

Use to record details about measured fluids lost or excreted via any mechanism. This archetype will be used to record details about: - each single fluid output measurement, for example the volume of each vomit; or - the total fluid output from a single source over a specified period of time, for example the total urine output over an 8 hour nursing shift. Each fluid measurement should be recorded using a separate instance of this archetype. The details recorded using this fluid output archetype may inform fluid balance calculations. A fluid balance chart will typically require a combination of multiple instances of this archetype and multiple instances of OBSERVATION.fluid_input archetype to capture all of the various inputs and outputs, plus a single instance of the OBSERVATION.fluid_balance to record the overall fluid status.
