Timepoints: Mainly Baseline only; Smoking and Infection Status annually, too. Please timestamp all variables. Some Standard Set variables are collected at multiple timepoints, and we will ask you to submit these variables in a concatenated VARIABLEID_TIMESTAMP form for future analyses.
