410 samples were selected randomly from CHDWB cohort, without regard to gender or ethnicity. Enrolment in the CHDWB was from the Emory University employment records by random invitation, so includes adults between the ages of 21 and 75 drawn from a wide diversity of socioeconomic and ethnic groups. Individuals with a chronic health condition requiring hospitalization, such as cancer, were excluded.
