Inclusion criteria: An individual was eligible for participation in this study if they were an adult (18 years or older) meeting the following criteria: 1) Is a Geisinger Clinic primary care patient; 2) Consented to participate in the Geisinger MyCode biobanking project; 3) Had provided a research blood sample.
