Tag 4: Blutentnahmen für die Analyse der Plasmakonzentrationen
Blutprobe 1: 0,5–1,5 h nach Infusionsende. Bei Gabe der Kombination zuerst Gabe von LAMB, gefolgt von CAS; Blutentnahmezeiten in diesem Fall gerechnet nach Infusionsende von CAS!
Blutprobe 2: 1,5–3 h nach Infusionsende
Blutprobe 3: 3-5 h nach Infusionsende
Blutprobe 4: 5–11 h nach Infusionsende
Blutprobe 5: 22–23 h bzw. vor nächster Gabe
