Total Score / Risk (%): ≤ 15 / 0 to <5%, 20 to 23 / ≥5 to <10%, 24 to 28 / ≥10 to <20%, 29 to 30 / ≥20 to <30%, 31 to 32 / ≥30 to <40%, 33 to 34 / ≥40 to <50%, 35 to 36 / ≥50 to <60%, 37 to 38 / ≥60 to <70%, 39 to 40 / ≥70 to <80%, ≥41 / ≥80 to <86%.
